The brief
Ragavi sells Indian wear, western wear and wedding collections online, with a wide size range and worldwide shipping. The store needed to handle a big catalogue without making shoppers work to find things.
The challenge
A large fashion catalogue overwhelms shoppers unless navigation, merchandising and reassurance are all working together. Indian ecommerce also needs trust signals such as cash on delivery and easy exchange visible early.
What we did
- (01)
Mega-menu navigation
Structured menus for Indian wear, western wear, wedding and collections so shoppers reach the right category in two clicks.
- (02)
Campaign merchandising
A large hero for collections like the wedding edit, with an announcement bar for prepaid-order offers.
- (03)
Trust strip
A row beneath the hero states the size range, prepaid discount, COD, express delivery and easy exchange at a glance.
- (04)
Category discovery
Visual category circles on the homepage give shoppers a one-tap route into dresses, suit sets, lehengas, co-ord sets, kurtas and wedding.
